Mw2 Leaders

This is the place to discuss what roles the leaders should have, what needs to be done to help the clan, and who should be leading our Army in the heat of battle.

Personally i think Jager and Matti would be good canidates for mw2 as it seems to be y'alls fav. game, and u guys have rolled with me long enough to know how i like to things ran.

What do u guys think, drop me a line and lets get this shit going.

Making sure people squad up and play togeather, help find clan matchs, Help find out who the better player are so we can arrange teams for clan matchs stuff like that.

I was thinking... would it be possible if I could be assigned to find out information about things going on... For example... The Frag Cup.... etc...

What exactly would you want us to do? Just send invites and work on clanwars? Anything else?

Finding clan matches, finding members, training members, and makin sure everyone is happy and morale is high.

How about this:

1) Finding clan matches-Matti
2) Finding members-Myself or Massacre (since I presume he's looking on the forums too, up to him.. I'll handle it if he doesn't wanna)
3) Training members-Turtl has already taken the initiative on this, leave it to him.
4) Squading and keeping everyone happy- All of us!

This way no one is overwhelmed, CommAnder said that he felt he was under too much pressure and responsibility; which is perfectly understandable. This way should solve that!

I was thinking the same sort of thing, but masscure does rescerch into glitchs, hiding spots, tourments, you tube videos, I try and sort clan matchs out, Jager and masscure finding new members and plannin tatics, Turt runs the training with the help of me,masscure and jager.

when we are playing 9 Vs 9, me, jager and masscure run squads.

So there will be 9 of us

Jager / matti / Masscure - has 1 people on his team pushing there spawn and slowing there advance
Jager / matti / Masscure - has 3 people on there team captureing and defending B Flag
Jager / matti / Masscure - has 2 people on there tean defending spawn flag

Or run two teams and swap it around each day.

AND WE ALL MAKE SURE WE ALL SQUAD TOGEATER

That sounds good, if it was up to me I'd set up squads like that all the time. When a plan comes together it just makes the game a lot more comfortable and (for me at least) more enjoyable.

Then again 9v9 might be hard when we only have one other person in the clan playing MW2.. *sigh* Matti come on please

What I'd do it

Me and jager and masscure MW2 leaders
Turtl is traing leader with the help of me, jager and masscure (we know where we need to inprove)

Me - Clan matchs / Squad leader (find clan matchs and running teams)

Jager - Head Scout / Squad leader (finding new mebers, how people are playing, Tatics, and running team)

Masscure - Intel leader / Squadleader (findin out intel on MW2 that we can use to our advantage, where to get flags with out going in building (E.G... B on estate) finding tournment info, finding youtube videos, helping jager finding new members. stufff like that

As for not being able to find 9 players, I have had not had problems, we need to find more player in the UK as it depends what time people play. I was playing a few nights ago late into the night and there was nine of us playing we could of had more.....
