Oh btw, I don't mean to be a nosy git.... but would you be splitting the clan into squads, so that these small squads say 6-9 men each, can do map training together etc etc. But what I mean is squads that are made of the same people and posted on here so everyone knows, also then we can have the squad leaders trained by CO's and in turn the SL's can train they squad without all the noise and attempted faggotry of 18+ people in the room. Squad Leaders set a training time that their squad can all attend, training on maps, new ideas and stratagems. each squad is able to work and function a little better and we all can hear and talk to the SL without 3 others trying to jump in.....

So what ya think, I will say that this is my experience from BdD (MOH:SH/CoD2 Clan) when I was with them and it worked a treat, plus people happy becuase it's more of a personal experience when its just you and your squad that you all know and *yes* Love... obviously you can't have all the the best players in one squad because well that'll be unfair plus each squad will need a backbone player to help new guys and the SL's.

So would the squads just be for training? Because having designated squads will be impossible for general gameplay, you wont get the same people online at the same time. I don't think I understand properly?

This is where you have "timezone" squads, ppl who are on at same hours being in the same squad, reason for 6-9 is so that you can rotate and make subs for clan matches if needed especially if someone is offline and or too ill to play etc etc. The training again is with smaller teams because its better to be able to talk to a smaller group and also the training will be all squads set times and days instead of random times setup at last minute... We can then have squad vs sqaud training and see how each group can be improved, this part worked pretty well for us back then as the squads fought each other 2-3 times aweek and we started making alot of improvements in communication and tactics....

I'm not trying to tell you guys what to do, just a suggestion. My only training map was a little erm chaotic, too many ppl involved so everyone was trying to do what the trainer showed. also the 3 ppl couldn't get on the same team and the training went downhill, not because of the trainers but because there was just too many people

You will need a thread started to find out what hours ppl are on and you can start splitting ppl into squads from that info.

Don't really see the point of spliting into squads, at the moment the way it works is all of us do the same sort of thing.

Depends whos online ect ect, but we all play togeater so much we sort of know when the other people in our squad is doing.

training is not really as issue, usally it goes ok.
